How to Sign Up to use My Electric Outage

1.	Find a recent Ameren bill. You will need the 10-digit account number and the account name exactly as it appears on the bill.
2.	Sign up and create a UserID and Password.
3.	Complete the process with your 10-digit account number and the account name exactly as it appears on your bill.
4.	Use your UserID and Password to login to My Electric Outage* to quickly see if your electric power is on or off.    Use your UserID and Password to also access and manage your online billing and account activities.
*During the severe storms of July 2006, more than 60,000 Ameren customers signed in and viewed My Electric Outage. Many of these customers accessed the site from work or homes of family and friends.
