On November 7, 2008, AmerenUE hosted the First Semi-Annual Peer Exchange, which was a forum on energy efficiency programs from a statewide perspective. The AmerenUE participant peers included City of Kirkwood, City Utilities of Springfield, Columbia Water & Light, Associated Electric Cooperatives, Empire District Electric, Kansas City Power & Light, Department of Natural Resources and a host of other stakeholders in Missouri.
From current services and programs available or under development to customer response and interaction, the peer group shared critical issues, overall best practices and lessons learned. Specific discussions included woody biomass, branding market segments, rebates, market transformation, legislative impacts and more. The group shared a wealth of rich and executable advice. Peruse the conference materials below for in-depth information.
